Within any organisation, the strength of its leadership is the key to its success. 

We define a leader as “someone with the opportunity and ability to change behaviour”, so this includes anyone who leads and impacts peoples behaviours, and many organisations have many leaders  who do not have a management title, but have a huge impact on peoples behaviours. We refer to these as Maverns, change their behaviour and you change the behaviour of the team that they lead.
